ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue -Mrs. Charulatha, aged 21 years. The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 for the production of his wife.

2. The petitioner, detenue and her brother are present before us. The detenue has stated that she has married one Tamilarasan as stated before us earlier. The petitioner has also assured that he would not have any truck with the detenue in future. As the petitioner has expressed some threat to his life, we also enquired the detenue's brother. The brother of the detenue also informed us that he will not interfere with the life of the petitioner. Accordingly, the aforesaid statements of the parties are recorded.

3. In the result, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed accordingly with the above observations.
