C.M.P.No.7418 of 2016 in CMA No.968 of 2016 D. KRISHNAKUMAR,J., There shall be an order of interim stay of the operation of the decretal order dated 13.02.2015 made in M.C.O.P.No.300 of 2014 on the file of MACT (Principal District Judge), Perambalur on condition that the appellant/ Transport Corporation deposits the entire award amount, with proportionate accrued interest and costs, to the credit of the said MCOP within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the interim stay granted shall stand vacated without any reference to this Court.

CMA No. 968 of 2016 D. KRISHNAKUMAR,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed by the appellant Transport Corporation challenging the award passed by the Tribunal, questioning the quantum of compensation.

2. Going through the material on record, we are of the view that the matter requires adjudication.

3. Admit. Issue notice to the respondent returnable by four weeks.

4. Registry is directed to call for records from the lower Court and post the appeal after four weeks.
