This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17957 of 2022 on 10.08.2022, in Crime.No.355 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly.

3. However, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner is suffering from chicken-pox and he would not be able to comply with the condition for fifteen days.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., for a period of six weeks from 19.09.2022 onwards and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 01.09.2022 gd/mn 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
