Mr.R.Bala Ramesh (for R2) Additional Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed by the petitioners, calling for the records in relation to Order in Letter No. 5954/MIC.2/2012-4 dated 14.06.2012 of the Second Respondent and quash the same. Further, they sought for a direction to the First Respondent to disburse to the Petitioners, the interest accrued on their terminal benefits for the period from 18.4.2001 to 15.3.2012 and 18.04.2001 to 18.04.2012 respectively with further interest till the date of payment. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this case is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 15.09.2014 in W.P.No.31019 of 2012 and M.P.No.1 of 2012. 4.Since the issue involved in these cases are of similar in nature, following the order passed by this Court as stated supra, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to pay 10% interest on the belated payment of terminal benefits for the period from 18.4.2001 to 15.3.2012 and 18.04.2001 to 18.04.2012 respectively, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs.
