This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Today, Mr.P.S.Gopal, SSI, ALGSC, Tiruvallur is present before this Court. On instructions, learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in in C.No.337 of 2018 before the 2nd respondent. 4.In such view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioners shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners against arrest.
