This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9297 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12349 of 2024, dated 03.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9297 of Crl.O.P.No.12349 of 2024, dated 03.06.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. Further, the petitioner is directed to file an affidavit before the trial Court stating that he will not make any unparliamentary words about the defacto complainant in the social media. Further, the petitioner is directed to delete the personal data of the defacto complainant.
