ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition that the petitioner directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl OP.No.13991 of 2026 dated 03.06.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.No.13991 of 2026 vide order dated 03.06.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner is directed to stay in Chennai District and report before the Inspector of Police, J1-Saidapet Police Station, Chennai once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".
