C.M.P.No.20898 of 2024 is filed to permit the petitioner to pay a Court fee of Rs.373/- instead of Rs.24,373/-, exempting the petitioner from payment of court fee of Rs.24,000/- in the C.M.A.Sr.No.96087 of 2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed the above C.M.A.SR.No.96087 of 2024 as against the dismissal of the MCOP and has filed the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition for exemption of Court fee of Rs.24,000/- in the above mentioned C.M.A.Sr.No.96087 of 2024 for the present and has undertaken to pay the Court fee at later stage. He has now paid the court fee for a sum of Rs.373/-, instead of Rs.24,373/-. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, C.M.P. is ordered, exempting the petitioner from payment of Court fee of Rs.24,000/-, at present, with a direction to pay the same at later stage.
