ORDER

The respondent/wife in a petition for divorce filed by the husband on the file of the Sub Court, Harur in H.M.O.P.No.112 of 2021 is the petitioner before this Court. The petitioner seeks to withdraw the above proceedings pending on the file of the Sub Court, Harur and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Kallakurichi.

2. It is informed that as directed by the earlier order of this Court dated 11.03.2022 necessary application for setting aside ex parte order in H.M.O.P.No.112 of 2021 has been filed and the respondent has also endorsed that he has no objection for setting aside the ex parte order.

3. Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.MO.P.No.112 of 2021, pending on the file of the Sub Court at Harur, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Sub-Court, Kallakurichi. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
