The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 17.10.2021 within a stipulated time.
2. The representation submitted by the petitioner reveals that there is a civil dispute exist between the parties. When the petitioner herself has stated that a civil dispute exists, the authorities cannot be in a position to consider the application. Thus, the petitioner has to clarify the said dispute, if any exists, to the authorities, enabling them to consider the same. Otherwise, the petitioner has to approach the Civil Court of law for the purpose of establishing her right.
3. With this observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
