The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.06.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 126 (2), 296 (b), 125, 309(6), 311, 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023 in connection with Crime No.232 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 branding him as 'Goonda'.
