Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SWAMI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 27.08.2021, this Court had granted bail to the petitioner on certain conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 27.08.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. All other conditions remain unaltered.
