ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry / investigation in Crime No.94 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police. 1/5

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that in the course of investigation, the petitioner is ascertained as accused in Crime No.94 of 2023 and the investigation is pending before the respondent Police.

4. Under such circumstances, once the regular F.I.R has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
