2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have submitted two representations dated 12.03.2013 to the official respondents, requesting to initiate appropriate action against Jayam Matriculation School run in their lands in S.Nos.710/1, 710/2 and 710/3 and in S.Nos.711/2 and 711/3, Edanganasalai Village, Sankari Taluk with regard to the illegal construction put up by them and to withdraw the temporary recognition granted to the said school. However, till date, the said representations have not been considered by the respondents.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties and perused the materials placed before this Court. 4.Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for herein, this Court directs the respective official respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 12.03.2013, if not considered earlier, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners as well as all other interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, both the writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
