The trial in the case of the year 2020 yet to be completed and therefore, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed by the defacto complainant for speedy disposal.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for 1/4

the respondent police submits that out of 35 witnesses on the side of prosecution so far 16 witnesses were examined and summons been issued to LW.3, LW.4 and LW.17 for examination on 09.08.2024. He further submits that on that day those three witnesses will be examined and on subsequent hearing remaining witnesses will be marshalled for completion of the trial.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to marshal the remaining witnesses on hearing date and cooperate for completion of the trial.
