Heard Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner.

This petition is filed seeking leave to file the appeal. The petitioner contended that subsequent to the publication of the result of oral test, the first respondent/writ petitioner was selected to the post of Assistant Conservator of Forest and the petitioner was kept under the reserve list. In view of the impugned order passed in the writ petition, the official respondents are taking steps to issue appointment order to the first respondent/writ petitioner.

If the same is allowed to proceed, the petitioner's right will be affected as he is the only eligible and deserving candidate. Since the impugned order adversely affects the rights of the petitioner, the petitioner seeks leave to file an appeal.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is granted leave to file appeal.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
