Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Declaration, to declare the Panel of Secondary grade Teachers working in Government High/Higher Secondary Schools, who are eligible to be promoted Graduate Teachers (Tamil) as on 01.01.2008 published by the 1st respondent as illegal and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to prepare the panel in accordance with TRB Rank List before holding the conselling for promotion to Graduate Teachers (Tamil) on giving to participate in the counselling process as per the TRB Rank Seniority No.94, of the petitioner to get promotive post in the existing vacancies filled up by the 1st respondent for the post of B.T.Assistant Tamil Teacher within the stipulated time.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, to declare the Panel of Secondary grade Teachers working in Government High/Higher Secondary Schools, who are eligible to be promoted as Graduate Teachers (Tamil) as on 01.01.2008 published by the 1st respondent as illegal and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to prepare the panel in accordance with TRB Rank List before holding the conselling for promotion to Graduate Teachers (Tamil) on giving her opportunity to participate in the counselling process as per the TRB Rank Seniority No.94, of the petitioner to get promotive post in the existing vacancies https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filled up by the 1st respondent for the post of B.T.Assistant Tamil Teacher within the stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to the following effect.

"By virtue of the stay granted, petitioner's job confirmed. Hence, the writ may be dismissed as withdrawn."

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
