These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 127 days in filing the Criminal R.C.Sr.Nos.32296, 32295 and 32294 of 2023.

2. We have heard Mr.G.Guruprasath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.N.Ramesh, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, we are inclined to accept the same, accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
