Respondent Prayer:- Petition has been filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.1607 of 2015 from the file of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the learned Sub Court, Arani, to be heard along with HMOP.No.67 of 2015.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.1607 of 2015 from the file of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the learned Sub Court, Arani, to be heard along with HMOP. No.67 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to transfer the H.M.O.P. No.1607 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the file of Sub Court, Arani and made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent and recording the endorsement so made by him, this petition is ordered. Accordingly, the petition in HMOP.No.1607 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Arani. The Family Court, Chennai is directed to transmit all the records https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pertaining to HMOP.No.1607 of 2015 to the file of Sub Court, Arani, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the learned Judge, Sub Court, Arani, shall take the HMOP proceedings on file and the same can be tried along with HMOP. No.67 of 2015 filed by the petitioner, which is pending on the file of Sub Court, Arani. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
