The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.103 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.103 of 2013 investigation was completed and the case has been closed as "mistake of fact" and referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.16 of 2013 was also served on the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
