This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Police to comply the order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No. XIV, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.14898 of 2021 dated 13.08.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that an FIR has already been registered in Crime No.745 of 2021 dated 20.11.2021 for the offence under Sections 147, 323 and 294(b) of IPC.
