Crl.MP.No.13024 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.14875 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the Petitioners should report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14875 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14875 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 is totally relaxed. The petitioners shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
