By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to have purchased a property admeasuring to an extent of 1.31 acres in Survey Nos.198/1 and also purchased 3HP Motor and also a common passage at South Kadu, Valaiyamadevi Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District and submitted a representation dated 01.07.2016 to the 3rd respondent seeking to add the passage in the revenue register as per the Sale Deed bearing documents No.553/128-1291425/1953 dated 10.06.1953 and since no orders have been passed, he came forward to file the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2016 in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the person/s concerned and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the person/s concerned.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
