This petition has been filed to modify the condition "Accordingly, the petitioner shall deposit the original title deed of an immovable property worth Rs.25,00,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs) to the credit of Crime No.2 of 2023" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6216 of 2023, order dated 08.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner caused loss to the property worth of Rs.8 crores and he seeks time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to extend the time for the petitioner and this petition is closed with liberty to file a fresh application before the concerned Court.
