Crl.M.P.No.11168 of 2023 and Crl.O.P.No.11441 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN , J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11441 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on every Wednesday at 10.30am, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and charge sheet has been filed and has been taken on file in C.C.No.226 of 2023.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respective Magistrate Court on all hearing dates.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
