This petition is filed to condone the delay of 98 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Ms.R.Rathnathara, the learned counsel, who takes notice for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company, submitted that the 2nd respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 98 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. 08.01.2021 kj Note:
