This petition is filed to condone the delay of 118 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.C.Paranthaman, the learned counsel, who takes notice for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company, submitted that the 2nd respondent has no objection in ordering this petition and prayed to waive the interest for the delay period. 3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 118 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be entitled for any interest for the delay period.

Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.C.Paranthaman, as counsel for the 2nd respondent at the time of admission. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve typed set of papers to Mr.C.Paranthaman.
