Mr.P.B.Harish, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner in all these five writ petitions is before this Court. Mr.A.P.Srinivas , learned Standing Counsel for Income Tax accepts notice on behalf of sole respondent in all these five writ petitions.
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions and he has made an endorsement in case file, which reads as follows:
