ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent herein not to harass the petitioner based on the false complaint given by the second respondent herein and direct the first respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute which is to be resolved by the competent civil court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that on receipt of complaint, when the respondent police made enquiry, it revealed that the dispute is civil in nature. Hence, the complaint was closed and as on date, no complaint is pending against the petitioner and therefore, there is no question of harassment.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of at the admission stage

itself.
