ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C. No.14 of 2022 pending on the file of Special Judge for Land Grabbing Cases, Coimbatore.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
