This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13598 of 2023 dated 19.06.2023 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
