ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the first respondent that, in various proceedings, orders which have been passed render the husband (petitioner herein) liable for payment of approximately Rs.70,000/-, we direct that an amount of Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand only), out of the sale proceeds lying with the Registry be paid to the first respondent. Rest of the amount may be released in favour of the petitioner. The Registry to take steps accordingly.

3. The amount of Rs.70,000/- paid to the first respondent shall be subject to any order that may be passed in various matrimonial proceedings pending before other fora.
