The petitioner has satisfactorily explained the reasons for the delay in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Though the respondent has filed his counter and opposed the condonation of delay, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for condoning the delay. Further, being satisfied in the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
