Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.L.THIRUMALAISAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court had already granted extension of time to the petitioner on 18.03.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.3317 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.640 of 2021. Again, this application has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to execute sureties.
