ORDER

The Principal District Court, Chengalpet, in her request letter, has stated that the Court have huge pendency of cases. This petition was given priority due to the filing of a fresh Interlocutory Application for the receipt of documents by the petitioner. However, she was unable to dispose of the petition within the time. Therefore, she has sought for an extension of time of six months to dispose of the Trust O.P.274 of 2012.

Taking note of the request of the Presiding Officer, time is extended by six months from today.

The Presiding Officer is directed to complete the trial within the time and report to the Registry.
