The appeal is filed against the order of the Family Court suspending the operation of the order for visitation granted to the father of the child pending main petition in O.P.No.22 of 2019, filed under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890.

2. A Division Bench of this Court has in S.Menaka Vs. K.S.K.Nepolian Socraties dated 21.03.2024 made in C.M.P.No.18729 of 2023 etc., while considering maintainability of an appeal against an order granting interim maintenance held that the interim order passed in the course of matrimonial proceedings are not appealable, irrespective of the fact that they are passed by the Family Court. The same analogy, in our considered opinion, would apply to the case on hand also, inasmuch as the order impugned in the appeal is only an order suspending the operation of the order granting visitation rights to the respondent. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
