Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2. This writ petition is disposed at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2021 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on merits.

3. While passing such appropriate orders on the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, the respondent shall also factor the order passed by this court in W.P.(MD).Nos.13354 and 13355 of 2013 vide order dated 06.12.2018.
