This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption, 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that this Court, by an order dated 15.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.20911 of 2019, has directed the respondent police to serve copy of the referred charge sheet to the defacto complainant in Crime No.1168 of 2017, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and on receipt of the same, the defacto complainant is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Court, if so advised.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that it has been wrongly typed as "referred charge sheet to the defacto complainant in Crime No.1168 of 2017", but G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN.,J.

CRL.OP.No.20911 of 2019 gv it is actually "referred charge sheet to the petitioner in Crime No.1168 of 2017" instead of defacto complainant.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, the word 'defacto complainant' is replaced with 'petitioner'.

5. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the order dated 15.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.20911 of 2019 as "referred charge sheet to the petitioner in Crime No.1168 of 2017, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Court, if so advised. " in paragraph No.3 of the order and issue order copy afresh.
