(CRIME NO.1224 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17727 of 2021 dated 24.09.2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court i.e the petitioner report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.UTHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17727 of 2021 on 24.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police third Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
