Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 410 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the appellant deposits Rs.1,500/- to the credit of President, Tamil Nadu Advocate's Clerk Association, Madras High Court, Chennai (Indian Bank, High Court Branch, A/c No.484026006, IFSC Code:IDIB000M157), in each case, within a period of one week from today.
