3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that O.S.No.157 of 2012 pending on the file of Principal District Munsif, Alandur was transferred to District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Sholinganallur.

4. Hence, the parties are directed to appear before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Sholinganallur to contest the same.
