This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 19.10.2022 made in W.P.No.27926 of 2022.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.Murali learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the respondent District Collector passed on 14.09.2023, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner having been considered, was rejected.

3. In view of the said order passed by the respondent District Collector, the orders of this Court has been complied with. Hence, no further persuasive action is required in this contempt petition.
