This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 26.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17398 of 2022 that the petitioners shall stay at Villupuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Kandamangalam Police Station, twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., for a period of three weeks, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 29.08.2022 Lpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
