Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the entire records leading to the detention of the petitioner's husband Kumar @ Barathkumar, son of kondaiyan, aged 39 years, presently detained in Central Prison, Salem, under Act 14/1982, as a "GOONDA" vide detention order dated 01.12.2016 in C.M.P.No.44/ "GOONDA"/2016/M1 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein, directing to produce body or the person of the Detenue before this Court and thereafter set him at liberty from Central Prison, Slem, by setting aside the above order.

This is a Petition taken out challenging the order of detention dated 01.12.2016 in C.M.P.No.44/ "GOONDA"/2016/M1, on the file of the second respondent herein and also seeking for a direction to produce Detenue before this Court and thereafter set him at liberty from Central Prison, Salem, by setting aside the above order. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has placed before us a copy of the order passed by the State Government in their G.O.Rt.No.265, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XIV) Department dated 20.01.2017, revoking the order of detention dated 01.12.2016. 3.In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this Petition.

4.Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of and the copy of the order of the State Government contained in G.O.Rt.No.265, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XIV) Department dated 20.01.2017, is kept on record. No costs.
