This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 05.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9409 of 2023 to surrender and execute bail bond.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the bail bond as ordered by this Court, on or before 13.09.2023, failing which, anticipatory bail granted by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
