ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after presenting the case made a submission that the petitioner may be permitted to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority under Section 77-B of the Registration Act and also sought for permission to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.There is no bar for the Appellate Authority to conduct an enquiry even during the pendency of the civil suit or criminal case or otherwise. Thus, the Appellate Authority shall conduct an enquiry if any appeal is filed and pass appropriate orders.

3.With this liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
