Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the 1st respondent.

Though the prayer is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the 1st respondent is directed to consider the objections submitted by the petitioner, dated 10.9.2012, and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent has no objection for this Court passing such an order.
