ORDER

This Court is glad to know that the Mediation attempts have been successful and one of the clauses in the mediation agreement is that they would withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made a necessary endorsement to that effect and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn "recording the mediation agreement". No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
