The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police Monthly twice at 10.30 a.m. until further order made in Crl.M.P.No.6872 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.4654 of 2024 dated 24.04.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from May 2024 till August 2024;

that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is still pending.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
