ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail for the alleged offences under Section 294(b), 323 IPC & 4 of the T.N. Prohibition of Harassment of Women, 2002 in Crime No.276 of 2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the offence mentioned in the FIR is only bailable offence. Hence, granting anticipatory bail doesn't arise.
